Never Miss A Meeting

The alarm that gets through. NMAM reads your calendar on your phone and turns every meeting into real alarms — the kind that ring through silent mode, Focus, and your own best intentions.

Why notifications fail, and alarms don't

A calendar notification is a polite tap on the shoulder that your phone is allowed to swallow: silent switch on, Focus enabled, banner missed while you were deep in something else. An alarm is a different class of interruption — the operating system treats it as "wake this human," not "inform them if convenient." NMAM's whole idea is to move your meetings from the first category to the second.

How it works

  1. Connect your calendar. Read-only, on your device. Pick which calendars count.
  2. Choose an escalation ladder. Gentle (one soft chime), Standard (chime at T-10, alert at T-5, full ring at T-1), or Paranoid (five rungs from T-30 to T-0). Or build your own.
  3. It rings. Through silent mode. Through Focus. With the join link right on the alarm screen, so waking up and joining are one motion.

Built for how meetings are actually missed

The escalation ladder

One notification is easy to miss; a sequence that gets progressively louder is not. Each rung has its own sound and urgency, ending — if you choose — in a ring that won't stop until you deal with it.

Join from the alarm

Zoom, Meet, Teams, and Webex links are pulled from the invite and put on the alarm screen. Dismiss-and-join is one tap, not a scramble through your inbox.

Quiet hours, with an override

Nothing rings overnight by default. But a 5am flight or a cross-timezone board call can be marked critical — and that one rings through.

The receipts

A diagnostics log records every alarm scheduled, fired, snoozed, or suppressed — so "did it actually ring?" always has an answer you can check.

Snooze-proof mode

For alarms you don't trust yourself with: snooze stays one tap, but dismissing requires typing the meeting's first word. Deliberate, not accidental.

Private by design

No account. No server. No analytics in the app. Your calendar is read on-device and never leaves your phone — the app couldn't sell your data if it wanted to, because it never has it.

Also: a genuinely good alarm clock

NMAM includes a full alarm clock — five faces including LED and flip-card, a dimmable night clock for your bedside, per-alarm sounds and snooze-proofing — and that part is free forever.

Questions people ask

Does it really ring through silent mode and Focus?

Yes. On iOS, NMAM uses Apple's AlarmKit — the same alarm machinery as the built-in Clock app — so its alarms are treated like real alarms, not notifications. On Android it uses exact alarms with full-screen alerts.

Is my calendar data private?

Your calendar is read on your phone and stays there. There is no account, no server, and no analytics in the app. (This website uses basic, cookieless-by-default analytics — details in the privacy policy.)

What will it cost?

Everything is free for 14 days, no card required. The alarm clock is free forever. Calendar-driven meeting alarms are part of the paid tier after the trial — planned at $2.99/month, $19.99/year, or $49.99 once.

What if a meeting moves or gets cancelled?

NMAM re-reads your calendar continuously. Moved meetings take their alarms with them; cancelled ones drop theirs — and the log shows the change either way.

I have ADHD and notifications just don't work for me.
