Terms of Use
The plain-English intent first: NMAM is an alarm app that tries very hard to get you to your meetings. Use it in good faith, don't rely on it as your only safeguard for anything genuinely critical, and the rest below is the standard machinery.
1. Who we are
NMAM ("Never Miss A Meeting") and the nmam.app website are operated by Bosleon LLC-FZ (United Arab Emirates). Contact: [email protected].
2. The service
NMAM reads your device calendar locally and schedules alarms before events, alongside a general-purpose alarm clock. Alarm delivery ultimately depends on your device's operating system, its settings (volume, battery optimization, permissions), and the accuracy of your calendar. We build for reliability and log every alarm outcome so you can verify behaviour — but no alarm app can guarantee you will wake, notice, or attend anything. Do not rely on NMAM as the sole safeguard where missing an event could cause serious harm or loss.
3. Trial, subscriptions, and purchases
- Core meeting-alarm features are free to use for 14 days from first launch. The basic alarm clock is free indefinitely.
- Paid access, when available, is offered as an auto-renewing subscription (monthly or annual) or a one-time lifetime purchase, billed through Apple's App Store or Google Play at the price shown before you buy.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends, and are managed or cancelled in your App Store / Google Play account settings. Refunds are handled by the stores under their policies.
4. Acceptable use
Don't reverse engineer, resell, or misuse the app or website; don't use them in violation of law. The app's license is personal and non-transferable, per the store's standard licence terms (for Apple, Apple's standard EULA applies).
5. Intellectual property
NMAM, its design, sounds, and content are owned by Bosleon LLC-FZ. Articles on nmam.app may be quoted with attribution and a link.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The app and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bosleon LLC-FZ is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including missed meetings, missed flights, or anything downstream of an alarm that did not sound — and our total liability shall not exceed what you paid for the app in the twelve months before the claim. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations; where that's you, these apply only as far as the law allows.
7. Articles are not professional advice
Articles on this site, including those touching on ADHD and attention, are general information — not medical, psychological, or professional advice. See a qualified professional for advice about your situation.
8. Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address with its effective date. Continued use after a change means acceptance.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the consumer law of your home jurisdiction grants you non-waivable protections.
